Child at Thaipusam |
Shot at 3-4am during Thaipusam Festival. Tired eyes after about 8 hours of shooting since 8pm. My first ever roll of fast film, Superia 1600. Shot with my Minolta X-500 and Rokkor 50mm f1.4. Quite happy with how this turned out. |

Berlin-Prenzlauer-Berg-1991 |
This was shot in Spring 1991 (May) in East Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg at corner Kastanienallee & Oderberger Strasse; a location now filled with cafés, bars and trendy shops was then a place for people just to live… For me most prominent is the comparable lack of cars. Shot with an F3, tripod and 2,8/28 Recreation of a analog darkroom print via scan of original negative and Lightzone (see https://twitter.com/rlfsoso/status/134192218327101440) R. |

Bagmen |
This was one of those shots where everything with my camera was wrong but the scene was just so right. I was mucking around with pushing some HP5 to ISO 1600 when I passed these guys in the financial district and knew it was a rare moment. It was the last frame on the roll, but I just had to take it and hope for the best with a single shot. Souped in Kodak HC110, dilution "H" for 20 minutes. |
