is this the end? i'm not sure i mind. |
This is from a trip I took to London in January of 2013. I went to visit my best friend who is living there temporarily. This is a "portrait" I did of him in a park near his apartment at about 11pm. I brought along my Bronica S2A, 3 lenses, and a travel tripod along with 13 rolls of film to capture a lot of different stuff from there. This was taken on Ilford SFX200 with a red filter on my lens, and processed in D76, then printed onto ilford multigrade RC paper in my home darkroom. |

Shot with a Kodak Hawkeye Brownie camera as part of my 52 cameras in 52 weeks project. The Hawkeye was camera #2 in the project. Shot on Ilford Delta 400 and processed in Blazinal (Canadian ROdinal) at 1+25 for 9:00. You can follow the blog here http://wp.me/30bFs as I travel through this 52 week project. |

Dave Harding, X-up at Flo, January 2013 |
Despite our differences (namely that I prefer four wheels to his two), Dave and I have been riding together for a long time. Now I'm shooting film as well as skateboarding, he's become my favourite person to work with; he understands my working methods, can tolerate my abuse, and rarely lets me down. Also: this photo was shot on Ilford HP5+, pushed to 800 in LC29. I'm amazed by how good this stuff is. |
